overall in charge of the house and oversees the house staff； 全面负责宿舍的管理和对员工的监督； Has oversight of all the students in their house, both academically and pastorally. Ensuring the students are safe and happy； 对住宿的所有学生进行学术和口头监督。确保学生的安全和快乐； Ensures (with other house staff) that students are well looked after from accommodation and catering aspect； 确保 (与其他宿管工作人员) 从住宿和餐饮方面对学生进行良好的照顾； With matron- ensures health and safety of house/ risk assessment/ health and safety checks and fire practices； 与生活老师确保宿舍的健康和安全/进行风险评估/健康和安全检查和消防演习； Liaising with academic staff to ensure students are doing well and supporting students if they need extra support. ( Academic or pastoral)； 与学术人员保持联络, 确保学生成绩，在学生需要的时候提供额外的帮助。(学术或口头)； Monitoring of pupils’ progress through ISAMs； 通过 isams 监测学生的进展情况； In charge of discipline for the students. Academic achievements/ behaviour/ tidiness/uniform ( with support from all house staff and tutors)； 在所有宿管员工及老师的支持下，负责学生的纪律工作如学术成就、行为、制服； Regularly writes reports and meets with parents to communicate how students are doing in house.； 定期撰写报告并与家长会面, 交流学生住宿的表现； Leading team of tutors and other house staff with weekly meetings and initiatives. Knowing each student and any personal/ medical/ family issues and communicating these to tutors； 带领管理老师和其他宿管工作人员每周举行会议和活动。了解每个学生和任何个人/医疗/家庭问题, 并将这些问题传达给老师； Promoting the house culture through activities/ competitions and developing sense of community； 通过活动/竞赛和培养团体意识来促进宿舍文化； Supporting marketing through house events and working with the marketing team； 通过宿舍活动支持营销, 并与市场部门合作； Promoting the school through participation of whole school events/ assemblies etc； 通过参与整个学校活动/集会等促进学校的发展； To complete any other reasonable duty as requested by Head of Boarding. 完成学院负责人安排的其他工作。
