Industry: Educational Location: Dongguan (can be flexible) Position Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Camp Coordinator. In this role, you will provide crucial support in the planning and execution of our summer and winter camps. The ideal candidate will be adept at programme promotion and student recruitment, handling parent customer service inquiries, organizing meeting notes, managing tour information, requesting and evaluating quotes, coordinating logistics and working with third parties in arranging flights, visas, transports, insurance and any specific needs required by clients. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to parents and camp participants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Manage tour information for prospective camp locations, including scheduling visits, collecting relevant details, and providing feedback to the planning team. Request and evaluate quotes from vendors for various camp services and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Assist in the planning and coordination of camp logistics, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and staffing. Assume the position of group leader as necessary. In this role, one must collaborate closely with overseas program providers to guarantee the well-being of students and serve as the primary point of contact for parents. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement programme schedules, ensuring a balance of educational, recreational, and cultural activities. Prepare and distribute camp materials, including welcome packets, schedules, and information guides. Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of camp activities. Assist in organizing and documenting meeting notes, ensuring all action items are recorded and followed up on. Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed. Requirements: Good proficient in English and Chinese ( writing, reading, speaking) Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in an educational or camp setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
